Ren Pharmaceuticals was formed in the fall of 2006 with the aim of bringing together talented and experienced people who are passionate about building a cardio-renal/renal- focused drug development company.
Ren Pharmaceuticals closed a Series A financing in November 2006 with Sanderling Ventures, Venrock Associates and Amgen Ventures as investors. The company’s R&D is currently located in South San Francisco, California.
